Prefects play an important role in the maintenance of school rules and regulations made for the students. They make sure that the rest of the students are well disciplined so that they have to be model students that all other students look up to. It’s their responsibility to help the teachers and the other students if their assistance is ever needed. At present there are 145 prefects altogether, out of these 107 are senior prefects, 30 are in the prefect executive board.
